Make a Wedding Shower Party Treat Goodie Gift Favor Bag from Wrapping Paper, Doilies or anything you can fold

These treat/favor bags are simple to make from any type of paper. Your options are limited
only by your imagination.

For this project you will need:
  • Paper - start with 8x11 (regular copy paper size)
  • Double sized tape
  • Template for bottom fold (I used a business card)
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon (optional)
  • Doily (optional)

Lay paper flat Long ways

Fold each side to slightly overlap in the center.

Use double sided to tape to attached the sides.

For the bottom fold - Hold a template (I used a business card)

Fold up the bottom edge.

Open the fold that was just made.

Fold in each "side"  toward the center

Fold the top edge towards the center

Use double sided tape to "seal" the bottom edges together.

Follow the same steps with a 10x10 paper lace doily

  1. Truly, these treat/favor bags are very pretty and easy to make as well. I would love to make the lace bags for my DIY anniversary party. Lately I have been looking for the best garden Los Angeles venues for this party. I wonder if you have any suggestions.

  2. The trend of doilies has returned back like it was some 20 years back when it was so in and everybody wanted to have them for the decoration purpose either in home or offices. Thanks you for reviving this old lost beauty!

  3. She may be interested in the subject, but the essence of romantic gift giving is to give someone something they want, but that they would not buy for themselves. Cookery books do not usually fall into that category.Stora Nallar

  4. They are made-to-fit for home appliances, books, clothing, flowers, candy, jewelry, and many other gift ideas. If they are not available in your nearby stores or you cannot find one you like, you can always order them online.http://joululahjas.fi/pikkujoululahja/netista/
